Rachel Lamb

Rachel L. Lamb, LMT, CESMT, Reiki Master Ohio License #021454 | ABMP Certified Member Rachel is a 2013 graduate of the EHOVE School of Massage Therapy in Milan, Ohio, and is the owner of Riverbend Massotherapy. She specializes in deep tissue, sports, medical, and Eastern massage modalities, with a strong focus on helping clients achieve optimal performance, recovery, and wellness. Throughout her career, Rachel has pursued extensive continuing education to refine her skills and expand her therapeutic offerings. She earned her Ashiatsu certification through Barefoot Masters in 2014, completed Myofascial Release training with Howard Rontal in 2017, and became certified in Equine Sports Massage through Therasage EMC in September 2023. In August 2023, Rachel attained the level of Reiki Master under the instruction of Kelly Snay. She further expanded her expertise by completing Traditional Thai Massage Foundations at the Las Vegas LMT Success School in December 2023, followed by Thai Massage Level II training with Sarah Cheiki in June 2024. Most recently, Rachel earned her Certified Advanced Sports Massage Therapist (CESMT) credential and completed certification in Lomi Lomi Massage in December 2024. She has also completed extensive coursework in Cupping Therapy and Craniosacral Therapy. In recognition of her professional knowledge and contributions to the massage therapy field, Rachel was selected to serve as a judge for the 2024 Ohio, Michigan, and Indiana Massage Championsh

Jennifer Warren

Jennifer A. Warren, LMT Ohio License #015504 Jen is a 2006 graduate of the Cleveland Institute of Medical Massage and brings nearly two decades of experience to her practice. Throughout her career, she has worked in a variety of professional settings, including spas, chiropractic offices, and private in-home massage therapy, providing personalized care tailored to each client’s unique needs. Specializing in Swedish-based massage, Jen incorporates a variety of therapeutic techniques, including deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and myofascial release, to help clients achieve relaxation, pain relief, and overall wellness. She believes that effective communication and individualized treatment planning are essential to successful outcomes and is committed to creating sessions that align with each client’s specific goals. Passionate about lifelong learning and professional growth, Jen is currently pursuing advanced training in Reflexology, Thai Massage, Craniosacral Therapy, and Reiki. Her long-term goal is to further expand her knowledge of holistic health by completing a degree in Naturopathic Medicine. Jen is deeply interested in health and wellness and is continually inspired by the body’s remarkable ability to heal and thrive through natural approaches. Jen is dedicated to helping clients feel their best and looks forward to partnering with them on their journey toward greater health, balance, and well-being.
